Been to this location many times. Yesterday afternoon the lady who took my Dad's and my order was amazing. She was fast and incredibly friendly. She even came by to make sure we were enjoying our meal. It was truly refreshing to have such great customer service. The workers in the back were on it as well. Our food came out quick. I will definitely be going back again.

Food was perfect. They were understaffed. Employees were friendly and helpful. But they still got orders out really fast. Only downfall was their ice machine was out.

Customer service was A1 and that's rare this day and age. Food was hot , the taste isn't the same but overall better than other fast foods and other KFC's I've been to.

I haven't had KFC and few years and that was take out that somebody brought me and before that somebody bought me some for Christmas years ago we lived on the south side but I have not been in this location since I have to say late 90s to the early 2000s was shocked when I walked in it looked really good cuz last time I'd seen it and the staff was really really super friendly very helpful fast great service food was cooked great I highly recommend it for people who have not been in a while really great group of people in there I would have given more than five stars if I could have

Good job interacting with dasher for best mutual customer experience
Lost a star for 15 minute wait picking up DoorDash order that I was already late to pickup. Place was a disaster. It looks like they stopped bothering to issue uniforms to store employees since they don't stay more than a few days. Deserves less than 4 stars for today's experience but I am operating on a single star subtraction formula...

It appeared that only two guys were working today. Service was a little slow but they had a pretty long line at the drive thru. The guys were very friendly and in a really good mood and our order was correct. Thank you two for working hard and still maintaining positive additudes.
