I went thru the drive Thru and my drink wasn't quite right. The staff was kind when I asked if they could remake it and it was perfect the second time! I'm always worried to ask for a correction because I never want to be rude, but my drink is a treat I don't get often and it was an extra treat for the partners to be so helpful!

I love the lobby in this store. It is so spacious, with tons of seating options. The music is a bit loud for a studying environment, but it's great to sit and chat with friends

The setup of the parking lot sucks and is an accident waiting to happen. The drive thru line goes out into the roadway that helps people navigate to the different businesses nearby. Which means you have to drive into lanes you shouldn't be. This isn't too much of a problem that I have seen outside the morning rush. Get there early if you can.
The baristas here are super nice and the place is well-staffed during rush hour times. They're efficient and put in the effort to put out quality beverages and food. I enjoh going to this location.

The employees are great at this location. They kept me updated when there was a wait. They looked amazing, hair and makeup. I went through the drive-thru(thank goodness for one of those) it wasn’t the quickest. It’s kept clean on the outside.
