It was nice being able to order ahead of time so I did not forget. We had an event a few doors down and I picked up a bakers dozen of donuts and 2 boxes of coffee. It was all very good, on time, and they texted me updates starting a few hours before pick up.

Donuts were nice and fresh when I was there early on a Friday morning. The iced jelly was my fave, but I'd probably like granular sugar on the outside vs very sweet icing. The box they came in was amazing and appreciated. Other people liked the other types of doughnuts but all said they were super (extra) sweet compared to others.

Cute little donut shop I stumbled across today when looking for a quick bite at lunch. The pumpkin spice iced coffee was delicious as was my cream filled donut. Cute atmosphere too!

I love Jack's Donuts. Every year, I go to Indy for GenCon and go back Jack's every morning to grab donuts for breakfast. I normally avoid sweets, but this place can't be avoided.
The donuts there are out of this world. If I lived in Indy, I would end up weighing a ton. Jack's donuts are the best I have ever had. I travel a lot with work and when I say the best I mean it.

Best apple fritter I've ever had in my life. I could only eat half in one sitting. Had the other half for breakfast the next morning and it was still delicious. I got the Carmel roll latte as well and it was also delicious. Such a great donut spot. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Indy.

Friendly staff and delicious donuts. Visited during GenCon and they could have used 1 or 2 more staff.
Iced coffee was pretty good, but felt bad ordering it because it slowed them down and the line increased substantially.

Everybody talks about owner being rude he was absolutely hilarious! He has a strong personality which is great but some may find rude but my daughter and I loved it .he was still polite. Worker was very polite. We are from Louisville. And I wish we were closer the doughnuts are fantastic. So hats off to this shop.

We are from Pittsburgh and were staying at a nearby hotel. Before our drive back home, we decided to grab some donuts and coffee.
We were very pleasantly surprised. The donuts are soft and fluffy, not dense and heavy like a lot of donuts tend to be. My partner said his cinnamon sugar twist was possibly the best donut he's ever had. My coffee was also pretty good.
Wish we had you guys back home! If we're ever out in Indianapolis again, we know where to go!

Very good doughnuts, truly delicious, and if you're eating them in the shop or are not getting any iced doughnuts, you are good to go and will be very happy. However, as others have mentioned, if you choose to get iced doughnuts they will indeed shove them all in a bag and it will become an icing disaster. The result will be barely iced doughnuts that look really terrible. It's honestly a little dumbfounding. Jack's... Invest in some boxes. You have a great product, treat it that way.
