High Velocity

As a former retail customer service. Junkie. I really find it hard to find good customer service. And I'm blown away when I do. Which was the case at this restaurant? John faction was probably the epitome of what great customer service looks like when they say you get what you pay for not that it should be. Very expensive because it wasn't it was great value overall I really appreciate his suggestions I appreciate his engaging humor I appreciate the way he treated my wife niece and daughter on their girl's night dinner. It was just a great overall experience for the brief time. That I was there and I'll definitely be going back. Until when people about it, thank you, John. Thank you, John.

Get the chicken tenders, they are fresh chicken and lightly seasoned. The deli club sandwich is pricey but meaty. I would stay away from the wings, they are from frozen, tiny, unseasoned wings. Service was decent, though I was troubled by person of color seeming to be ignored and colder attitude they received from bartender. Being white, every time I visited staff was extremely personable and friendly.

I dined here with my two children 3 and 6 and we had such a wonderful experience with John F as our server. He greeted us within minutes, offered recommendations and specials and was attentive the entire visit. I originally was hesitant to visit the restaurant because of the reviews on Yelp but being in the hotel I figured I would give it a shot. I am glad I did the hostesses were accommodating to my children also brought them crayons and color sheets. We also were able to enjoy the person TVs that were available at some of the tables to enjoy the football game that was on. We enjoyed the Cobb salad and the fish and chips. Both were good. Food was great. Atmosphere was relaxing. Service was friendly enough for the most part. It would have been better if I was allowed to leave before my glass of delicious ice was removed. I felt rushed. Felt like I overstayed my welcome. Overall the closing service could have been better. On a high note the salmon hit the spot.

Friendly and courteous service. Handled a food allergy issue quickly - brought a new and fresh meal with no fuss or concern. Food was good, and as you'd expect from a hotel restaurant it was also slightly expensive - but not outrageous. Menu also happens to be the same as for room service, with similar quality. Overall it met our needs and expectations, we'd definitely go back.
