Because I can’t figure out how to do a survey for them…. The girl named KAT who works there is the sweetest soul I have ever met! She offered my dogs tears, and actually had great customer service which you never see ANYMORE! 😍 my order number was 464, survey code: 4400113819323105

Literally some the worst food I have eaten in my life. There wasn't even enough piled all together to equal the $30 we spent. Absolutely horrible.

The lady at the drive-through had more work to do than 5 people, at normal stores. I've installed several taco bell stores. She is the best employee I've ever saw. I was just a passenger.

Love the people who work there. Imusually visit once a week. Often problems like running out of change, only taking credit card payments. Last visit was the most problematic. Staff couldn't take orders as system was down. Not a good look.

Ordered some nachos and they were to lazy to put in a separate bag, now I have to fish the nachos out. Poorly trained and terrible management . Food was lukewarm and multiple things missing from the order. I will never go there again.

The absolute worse customer service in Independence! They never have anyone working and tonight-you can only order 5 items 😤-I’m done!!! If I could give them a 0 stars I would!

Since COVID started I guess they have to match the gas prices and triple THIER prices for EVERYTHING ON THE MENU REDICULOUS MORE THEN FRISCHS

Worst service EVER 45 minutes in the drive thru then get to the window to be told they gave our order to the customer before us. Rude workers, they don't even deserve one star. Avoid this place
