Wendy's

The old Wendy's of Teays Valley is closed (near McDonald's), and this is the brand new one (beside Valley Veterinarian)! Not only is this locale new, fresh, & clean, but they've also added BREAKFAST to their menu, so I can't wait to try that out. The new theme seems to lean modern, with lots of straight lines & 90°angles, with a focus on grey & red colors, and lots of open window space. Huge windows. Very refreshing. All the same, great burgers & sides Wendy's is famous for, plus, did I mention they serve breakfast now? Staff is friendly & courteous, and seem to actually enjoy their new digs (and it shows). Dining area is spacious & roomy, with lots of height, which gives it an even more spacious feel. Windows from ceiling-height to sidewalk-level give it a very bright, wide-open atmosphere. If you haven't been to Wendy's in awhile, or haven't visited a new & upgraded one yet, I highly recommend it.

This is a very busy Wendy's. They do a really good job. The employees were friendly and the ordering process was easy. Our sandwiches didn't take long to get and they were freshly made. The dining room was clean and so were the restrooms. I will definitely stop by again when I am in the area. I will give them a big thumbs up!

Consistently the worst Wendy's location I have visited. Service is always extremely slow and drive-through orders are more likely to be wrong than correct. This visit, it took ten minutes before someone could be bothered to take my order. Then I received a sandwich without the bacon or cheese I paid for and a fry container only half full. That is a fairly consistent experience with what I usually get from this location.

I just spent almost $7 on a taco salad through the drive-through. While they ran my card, I checked the bag before pulling away. I realized some items were missing that go on the salad. To which I was informed those items were given for free anyway. I wasn't told they weren't available before paying. Chips that go on salad, etc. Bad customer service several times on different occasions with no apologies or a solution such as changing order, etc. I have never left a bad review for any business, but today was the final straw with this location.
