The food was very good. Unfortunately, the service there was a problem with my order. I was charged for the wrong order, given the wrong order, and then finally I received my order, then had to be charged the difference. Stood there longer then needed to.

Everything went well. I'm just sad that I didn't have my favorite strawberry sundae had to settle for a Carmel Sunday, just not the same.

Ordered & paid for a DOUBLE fish sandwich. Upon arriving at my destination, assuming I was about to enjoy my food... when I noticed I received a regular fish sandwich, meaning one piece of fish. Therefore, I had to go back. Luckily, I had my receipt & the printed label was on the box. The acting manager was rude & seemed to be confused as to why I returned the UNEATEN sandwich. It's simple ma'am.... I ordered a DOUBLE FISH SANDWICH. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience nor offer a complimentary soda or pie. Not sure if I'll stop by again.

This has been my neighborhood McDonald's going on 24 years and forever will be. Not only do the familiar faces attract me every morning for breakfast, the afternoon for lunch and at night for dinner, but the fast delivery to my car when I order online to the taste of the food that I expect. This McDonald's location to this day tends to exceed my expectations every time.
