Oh my goodness!!!! Where do I begin with this amazing review! The best 7 dollar chicken snack in history is going down in Howell!! The breast and Wing were succulent!! Fresh, crispy, just amazing! Throw in the mashed potatoes and the cookie and I was full and in heaven! Then I rang the bell as I left and all enployees yelled back, THANK you. Awesome experience at a KFC and I almost never go to them

The place was well-kept and didn't smell that good. But the service there was nice. Their chicken was dry but their mashed-potatoes were great. It's just their chicken was not the best whiched lowered my rating.

This was the worst experience I have had at this KFC. I live 40 mins away from this particular location but go here when I'm in the area because I enjoy the Long John Silver menu. Upon my return home I was short 1 platter valued at 9.99. I tried several times during the day to reach them by phone and no one picked up. I did the survey to request someone contact me and the best I got was a reply which said "sorry for your inconvenience." So now I have to make a separate round trip back to the store to get a refund on the platter that was missing from the order.

A pretty decent KFC off of route 9 in howell. There also is a Long John Silvers if your into that. Chicken is usually fresh as is the sides. A better choice for fried chicken in the area.

Good chicken, excellent deals, although sometimes you have to remind them of them. I've been overcharged a few times, but they happily corrected their mistake.
