Placed an order online when they have always been open till 12 am and it’s currently 11 and normally always are pretty good on getting orders out and stuff and they can turn off online orders to not have an issue like this and they decided to close early when they had a line of cars outside in their drive through and when I called about my online order I was told. “Not my problem call a different Taco Bell” when clearly it is their issue when they have a way to turn off online orders and have an updated time saying open till 12:30 I understand closing early some nights but this is ridiculous when they still were serving some people and still are currently

Food didnt taste bad but i ordered the chicken chalupa meal. It was all lettuce, a little bit and cheese and barely any chicken. It should be a called a lettuce chalupa because thats all you get.

Any time you ask the staff a question you get alot of i dont knows and i cant help you, seems too be alot of lazy people that work here that dont know what they are doing. Poorly run business. I do not recommend this place.

The taco bell website said the place was open but we went there and the screen to order was on but no one was there to take our order we waited for 5 mins.

Drive thru is always fast compared to brighton location. They also don't screw up my orders!

Its ok sometimes food is slightly cold or just not the best tasting, the employees are the issue here mostly they need to take more pride in the work & the food would turn around a lot better, I’m hoping they step up the game because it was a major disappointment.
