Dolce Neve

Delicious and authentic. We have spent plenty of time eating our weight in gelato in Italy and Dolce Neve does not disappoint. This is authentic homemade (apparently by the owner in Austin) gelato that hits the right flavor and textures. Added bones the waffle cone had a cinnamon base that was delicious. We will be back

Relatively small selection but interesting options, like goat cheese and pecan and goat cheese and black cherry. We didn't get the goat cheese ones mainly because of personal taste but we did sample the goat cheese black cherry and it was interesting. We got the organic pistachio, crema dolce neve, and tiramisu. Personally liked the crem dolce neve best. The organic pistachio is the most accurate pistachio flavored gelato or ice cream I've ever had. Felt like I was eating pistachios. It wasn't too sweet and was quite thick. Decent prices as well.

Do yourself a favor and stop by! Absolutely the best salted caramel gelato I've ever had. No exaggeration here. I'm not even that big on caramel, but was recommended by staff to try it. So glad I did! I would even venture to say it's the best caramel-flavored anything I've ever had. 5/5 stars for cleanliness, friendly atmosphere and gelato quality!

Dolce Neve has some delicious gelato and I love the fact that the flavors constantly change so you can never get bored of them. They offer a variety of unique and bold flavors like goat cheese & pecan, 70% chocolate, matcha and whiskey & pecan are amongst the favorites. Definitely a must try, especially since they stay open late (11 pm).
