We ordered tonight for a 8:50 pick up two burritos. Both was mostly all rice and mine was missing ingredients I ordered. The wrap was busted open and I basically had a wad of rice and some of my ingredients. All in all it was just bad. I would have been better off going to Taco Bell.

So this is what we are doing now?? Fell in love with Chipotle in Ohio and in Alabama it’s not even in the same league 🤮🧻🗑 especially the one in Hoover,AL they are the worse! 🙅🏼♀️

I use to love going here but multiple times now we’ve ordered online for pick up and have had an absolutely terrible experience. If your not face to face they cannot be trusted to make your order correct. Last time I ordered a pollo asado quesadilla and it was missing a third of the quesadilla and had no meat. Just part of a tortilla and some cheese. Chipotle support makes it impossible to contact the store. They offer you a free meal through the support chat bot and that’s it. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

May daughter brought food home and the rice wasn't cooked properly. The rice was crunchy and she was unable to eat her bowl. Called the store and only get a recording and unable to speak with someone because the phone either hangs up or gives you a busy signal.

Came in tonight at 8pm, the restaurant is out of half of the side items, no ice for drinks in ice machine, place is a mess, trash on tables and beverage dispensers. The workers are very friendly but management is severely lacking. Still purchased food, but will choose another location next time we choose to eat Chipotle.

Dear corporate,
Your employees are turning the food warmers off, an hour before close. They are selling customers cold food. The manager is either on vacation or checked out. Either way you need to get a babysitter over there stat! This was not the chipotle brand experience. Also, they ran out of guacamole which in my humble opinion means the store should close cus what is a cold chicken bowl without guacamole? BS....right. Do better

I've been to a lot of Chipotle's and the food is always very high quality. But I could not even finish my burrito bowl here, I literally had to throw it away. The beans were crunchy and the guac was coagulated. Also, the pico was not done the way it is supposed to. If you're in the area just go to the one in Vestavia.

The staff was super friendly when I went and I saw them actively cleaning. Everything was fresh and I didn't feel sick after eating. It was great!
