Lady had serious attitude because they were closing in 45 minutes? Also couldn't brew anymore coffee in that time so we couldn't get regular only decaf? 5 or 10 min even maybe understandable, But 45 min?

Staff may have been high, which is cool, but led to them messing our order up several times. On second thoughts, they probably weren't high, just error-prone. Where are the robots I was promised?

The only Dunkin location I’ll go to on the way to work. Morning crew is great. Always have a positive attitude and always makes my drinks and food correctly. Special shout-out to Leah and the young light brown skin guy that usually works with her (Wish I knew his name ☹️)

Very slow staffing must be shortage. The drive thru was so slow I was able to over on-the-run and pick up. There were only 2 cars in line.

The staff here is fantastic, they remember my order every time I come in. They do sometimes seem understaffed, but rushes certainly aren't the employees fault. They handle them with cool heads...if only the customers would.
It's only coffee people. No one is going to die if you have to wait a few minutes in line...

Went to get a english muffin with butter these past two days & it's dry as hell. Like where the hell is the butter ???? Before i ordered there was a young girl cleaning the counter with her back to me she happened to look back & just continue cleaning leaving me to wait poor service poor food poor rating overall

Terrible service. Called with a question concerning a coffee that was purchased and got the quick response of “Listen lady I have a line of customers outside I don’t have time for your survey. Goodbye” and was PROMPTLY hung up on. Disgusting way to treat paying customers. Hope a manager sees this and acts according. NEVER going to this Dunkin again
