Masala Indian & Nepali Restaurant

This is one of my top 2 favorite Indian restaurants on island. I think you have to give everything the "island bump " out here because it can be difficult to find certain types of restaurants on island, but I would definitely still frequent this place if it were on the mainland. I also appreciate that it's open until 9 pm every day except Wednesday. Food quality is good, portions are fair, and the staff is friendly. What more can you ask for?

Amazing place. The hosts are very nice. They come to ask if the food quality is up to standard and liking. The daal is amazing . And they can make the order according to your spice preference. If you want really spicy food you can get it here. Chicken chilli is made to perfection. Overall a great restaurant for Indian/Pakistani food . Prices are also very affordable. I would prefer to eat from here everyday during my stay in Honolulu. There is free parking available next to the hotel in parking lot. You have to take the parking ticket from them and then validate is from hotel before leaving

Masala Indian Cuisine is awesome. They accommodated food without Onion and Garlic with great taste. The spice level was just what we had asked for. Next day for fasting they made special dish for us with special needs. There is bit of wait time but we get freshly cooked food. The staff is friendly and gives special attention. I will definitely come again when I am in the area. I highly recommend this place!
