They are very slow, there was a line out the door and they were letting the trainee do all the orders and they stood there and watched an he was very slow

The workers there are really friendly and nice. They stuffed our take out containers and made sure we got all our sauces without having to remind them. Food was hot, good and freshly made. This is our favorite Pandas ❤❤❤🐼

If you get the 3 plate combo you get two sides and 3 entrees.
What's not to like about that? They give generous portions and is quite tasty. I usually get a combo of veggies and protein. For sides you can get steamed rice, fried rice, or different types of noodles.

Always a favorite, especially the steak and shrimp entree. Food was hot and fresh, and the girl helping me was friendly and polite. She even taped up my container of white rice on the side so it wouldn't open and spill. Will definitely be back

I went to their drive thru about 20 minutes before they were about to close (which is a major faux pas in the restaurant industry... they/we hate that lol).
I was pleasantly surprised that they had all of the menu items still available! The drive thru employee was very pleasant and my food was fresh.
I'm giving only 4 stars because of the location and parking. Access from the busy King Street is a bit rough since the sign doesn't stick out enough and you almost miss the entrance. Also, there are stalls too close to the drive thru to prevent them from getting out, and making people going to the drive thru to have to tetris their way in without hitting parked autos.
Anyway... I've been there about a dozen times and the food is always packed neatly, fresh and quantity is good.

Actually never been here in person. I have walked by it. I do however get uber eats to deliver from there. They always come through on making it taste good and well presented. They include sauces too.

All about their service this time:
I timed it just right - only 2 customers both with masks On in the store. 1 over by register paying and 1 just finished picking-out their items in front of me. PandaExp had just enough left of the items for my 3 orders so it was a quick-no-wait process. As I left a line of 10 people had accumulated outside where-as when I'd entered no body was waiting behind me. Like they say: Timing is everything!

I was visiting from NYC. I skeptical to go to this Panda Express because the ones back home in NYC the food didn't taste good. But I was quite surprised from what I received at this Panda Express. The food was so so good and made fresh. Next time in Hawaii, I will be sure to stop by.

Small location inside but the Employees are very nice the food is good. A lot of outdoor tables. It is right by the road so if you choose to eat there keep in mind that it can be pretty noisy and windy.
No drive-through but as long as you can find parking quickly you can be in-and-out very quickly.
