Burger King

I ordered a whopper with cheese, no onion. The burger was barely warm. I ordered two medium drinks and got smaller than a small at most places. When I asked she said they didn’t have any of the correct cups…. If you don’t have the correct cups, that should be made clear before I pay $2.50 for a medium and can’t get it. The chicken nuggets were hot and fresh, fries were okay. Holding the drink so you can reference the actual size. At least the cashier at the window was polite. This is not the first time I have had this issue with the drinks there. Whoever does the ordering should be fixing this.

I consistently question myself as to why I continue to frequent this establishment. My only conclusion is that it’s close to home so it’s convenient. I have not had one experience where my order has been correct including today. The staff in the drive-through is fantastic. It blows my mind that such great customer service is followed up with such disregard to correct food orders. I guess I’ll have to start driving to Belton.

It's pretty bad when the manager is putting the food in the bags and giving it to the drive-thru person to hand to the people and the manager does not put the food in the bag. Ordered fry nuggets and a hamburger. All she put it in my bag was fries add barbecue sauce. Got home to give it to my family and had to go right back. Pretty pathetic
