So it is that time of year where I brave out and try McDonald's for yet another time. For the last three or four years I've been wildly disappointed in my experience, hence being reminded why I rarely eat at the world's largest fast food chain. However, tonight all that changed. This is by far the best experience I've ever had at a McDonald's. Friendly, clean, accurate ordering. I'm sure this is exactly what Ray Kroc had envisioned when you started the company so many years ago. The manager Nathan is a professional of professionals and his team reflects that excellenc. Give this McDonald's spot a try. I promise you won't be disappointed.

This is the best McDonald's in Western Mass. They staff is always quick, polite, hardworking and professional. Food is always fresh. On my last visit my burger was so fresh off the grill it was steaming. Just like you see in commercials.

Fairly clean. Newly remodeled but it's more cafeteria utilitarian now. The previous remodel was nicer, cozy and had a fireplace. This is uncomfortable and makes you want to leave. Food quality is as to be expected and consistent with other McD.

Its always a hit or miss in Mcdonalds now adays. Service is good, cleanliness good, time waiting can be improved. A BIG BUT, my fries are always cold. You think they give me hot fries for the delay. And they can do it, they need motivation and a little pep in their step.

I normally regard Popeyes as a very decent fast food chicken spot.. this particular Popeyes is not only the worst Popeyes I know its the worst drive thru I've ever been too.. it takes forever in line rude employees on the intercom and I get up to the window and the girl is licking her fingers eating her food while serving me mine.. 2 others are outside smoking cigarettes and they get my order wrong.. i go inside and the place was filthy and they were mad at me for getting my order wrong.. corporate needs to know about this place and either close it down or clean house from top to bottom... horrible experience never again I wish there was a zero stars or a negative star instead of a 1 star

Always seems understaffed, orders come out wrong, missing items, no response at the drive thru, i go here maybe once a month and its always something new. Be ready to wait 10+ minutes every time busy or not.

The food was hot and decent but they gave me the wrong sauce so eating the nuggets was a letdown.
