No one else in the line but because they want it to look like they are having shorter times I was asked to pull over and wait. I drive a big truck that takes up 2 spots and doesn’t maneuver well. I asked if I could wait at window and I’d move if someone else pulled in behind me. Absolute joke. Sitting here waiting and still no one. Great job McDonald’s

$30 and when im going to eat my food these nuggets are so old they look dried up. Food was nasty.

I would give no stars if I could. Very very bad experience. I encountered a problem with my order as there was a crumpled piece of paper on top of my fries. I brought it to the Managers attention and was accused of putting the paper there myself. The Manager was very belligerent and finally told me he would get me more fries when he got to it. I finally got my fries because I went up to the counter a second time. Again very rude Manager. This was very belittling and embarrassing and no way to treat a customer especially a senior citizen. I was very very irate over this problem. I also told management that there was ice cream on the floor from the entrance to the counter. This was a very dangerous situation and an accident waiting to happen. It was never cleaned up by anyone. I will never patronize a McDonalds again as the management does not know what customer service should be

The extremely low bar for what to expect at McDonalds is not even met at this, the worst McDonalds in the area. Service so slow you will think time has stopped, rude employees, and your order is always wrong. ALWAYS. I may try reverse psychology and order extra pickles to make sure they add no pickles.
I'd rather eat out of the trash can at the gas station next door than ever give this place a cent of $ ever again.

If i could give 0 i swear I would. EVERY TIME i come here i wait forever. I waited about half an hour today.. for a 4 piece happy meal, and two cookies. The cookies were hard and the nuggets and fries were inedibly stale. That's just today. Last time I went at night and i waited twenty minutes. The lady told me she would get to me "whenever she could" after having me wait that long. I went around. NO OTHER CATS WERE THERE, NO ONE WAS INSIDE, BUT EVERYONE WAS SITTING IN THE LOBBY AREA! Take the time to go to another one close by.

So dirty and disgusting. Went there tonight, waited 7 minutes just to pay for my order, inside was super dirty, there were 2 working employees and 2 dancing and messing around employees. After receiving my order they said I didn’t pay for it and have to pay again (which was not true) and this lady was super rude . After tonight’s visit I’ll never step there again. You can’t imagine how disgusted I was.

I'm giving it 5 stars because the girl at the drive thru window made it happen. Out of EVERY employee. She was kind, attentive and when we were missing fries and a sandwich, she apologized and immediately took care of it. Everybody has to start somewhere and this girl took pride in her job.

Never come here past 10. I understand it’s not a peak hour but every time I stop by on my way to work I wait at the speaker for 5-10 minutes (not exaggerating) they only service one car at a time so double that if you’re the next car. When you get to the window expect to sit another 3-5 mins while you see 4 workers all packing around the lobby. Clearly either unaware or they do not care about the line building in their drive thru.
