This location seriously needs an undercover boss! There is never anyone at the register and with no one in line your waiting 15 minutes for your food. Unnaceptable. The vulgar language that you hear from them conversating as you wait. It is even worse for door dash pickups as the app will say ready by a certain time. And twenty minutes later your still waiting. customers are always complaining amonst eschother for the length of wait. The girl with the braces has the worst type if customer service and also very loudly vulgar. Please do something bout this location. The location in chicopee does not run this way. Make it run like the way in chicopee does. No one here wants to work. They want free money.....send them all home and rehire people that actually want to work!

I went inside this establishment on my 30 min work break because of the convenience it should have due to the fact that it’s across the street from my job unfortunately I was highly mistaken because when I had went inside I had wasted almost 15 min of my break waiting to just have my order taken, I was the only customer waiting in line inside, yet it took them 3 min to make my order… also in the past I’ve had workers substitute my cookie for a small side of Mac n cheese I don’t know if that’s technically allowed but they price difference changes when they do so there has to be something in their poc that allows them to do so, yet this particular worker not only denied me the substitution but she was rude about it which is uncalled for. This specific kfc will never have me back there id rather drive out of the way for an order to get decent service and respect.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Unprofessional behavior and lazy management. My husband went to this KFC on his lunch break only to be stuck in the drive thru that only had 2 other cars. Now I work in fast food. That is not alot of cars and a easy amount of orders to get our the door. They had him waiting in the drive thru line for 20 MINUTES only to be told that he had to come inside to pick up his food. I work in the fast food and 3 cars isn't alot of orders. No one should be waiting 20 mins in the drive thru when there's literally only 3 cars. This is ridiculous. Whoever he spoke to had an attitude the whole way through too, I heard myself as I was on the phone with him throughout the whole thing. So not only did he have to deal with attitude, waste most of his lunch break in the drive thru, but to top it off his food was also cold. This all happened on 2/6/2022 around 3pm This establishment needs better staff and management who actually cares, very unprofessional. You do not have to love your job that's fine, but you also don't have to be rude to customers.

A bad experience at the drive thru. They told me they didn't have sauce for pop corn chicken, then asked me what sauce I wanted when I got to the window. Ordered three meal deals that come with a cookie, zero cookies were given. The aforementioned popcorn chicken wasn't even given to us after the sauce fiasco. Before leaving we checked our order in the parking lot, which allowed me to go in and collect the missing items. The family enjoyed the food one we got it all.

I Take My Mom Grocery Shopping And Other Errands! We Have Than Joyous Time Together! When We're Done! The Last Shop! Is KFC! The Quality Of The Chicken, Mash Potoatos, Gravy And Cold Stew Is Very Good! The Service Is Professional, Polite, And Quick! Problems With Fast Food Restaurants Is The Constituency In The Food Preparations! So Far! Very Good! At This Location!
