Eat Here

The shrimp & lobster tacos are amazing! I ate at Eat Here on Halloween night when I was visiting Anna Maria and they took great care of my elderly mother. The meal was so good that after my wife and daughter arrived the next day I brought them to Eat Here again. We went again later in the week and every time it was excellent food and service.

My wife and I have been going to Anna Maria for the past 7 years and try to go to Beach Bistro at least once during our stay. Much to our disappointment (but full understanding) Beach Bistro has been closed due to the pandemic. Happy to see that Eat Here did not miss a beat!! Not only did the take out menu offer items from Eat Here, but also from Beach Bistro (and cocktails from the Doctor's Office)! We split many items but wanted to say how wonderful the seafood pasta was! Also, the deals offered for wine were not only great for us, but. very business savvy way to turn over inventory to get ready for a full re-open. The Owners and staff of all 3 of these locations never fail to impress. Looking forward to our next trip !!!

Great food at reasonable prices. My wife +I ate here 3 times and we're never disappointed. The roasted vegetables we're good enough that my wife ordered them all three times. I had two different fish entrees and a nightly special pork taco. I'd order them all again. Cooked well, quality ingredients, ample portions, tasted great. Servers treated us fantastic the night we just had water with dinner and the night we split a bottle of wine.

This place was incredible. We were deciding on where to eat when we saw the “Eat Here” sign. We knew we had to stop in. Our server Shaun was absolutely outstanding and made our night (both nights... yes, we care here twice in a matter or 2 days. It was THAT GOOD) and was very knowledgeable. He gave great conversation and it was accompanied by some of the best food I’ve had. I got the French onion soup which was incredible, and I got a smaller portion of the Lobster and Shrimp tacos. They were the BEST lobster and shrimp tacos I’ve ever had, the playful recipe worked beautifully together. My partner got the grilled cheese which is anything but average. It was the most delicious well made grilled cheese I’ve consumed. My partner also got the shrimp and lobster tacos. It was so good we had to come back again before we left the island, so two days later we came back and I had the special that Shaun suggested, it was a beautiful flaky white dense fish with a sun dried tomato pesto that was to die for. My partner got the Shrimp with mashed potatoes, the shrimp was so fresh you could taste the sea! We ended each night with their homemade key lime pie, a perfect finish. Please eat here if you get the chance!

I was thoroughly impressed by Eat Here. The menu and quality of the food was surprising considering the appearance of the signage from the road which suggests a more casual restaurant, but that's not a complaint. Our party was seated outside, severed drinks quickly and ordered a few starters, which were all delicious. The gulf shrimp entree was exceptional. The shrimp were huge and the sauce they were served with was so good I had to ask for more bread to make sure I didn't leave any behind. Eat Here is a great spot for a moderately upscale meal that will not disappoint and I highly recommend trying it if you're on Anna Maria Island!
