7-eleven

Everyone in this place is just rude and look miserable evertime I go into this location. I work right next door and it is the convenience that I go to this location. Today I went in to by lunch. Couple customers in line and lady working in the aisle, took her a couple min to realize we were waiting. Lady that was checking me out scanned my items did not give me a chance to enter my rewards and went to the next register to check out person behind me before I could say anything. I will be going to higgins location from now on at least they know how to ring people out and greet you when you walk in the door.

Live next door to this 7/11 and have been going there for beverages is all but the owner can be rude and last time I remembered he complained about me using my 1 dollar off from rewards on a beverage that was around three dollars and denied me using my rewards. As of this time I will just go to another 7/11 that treats it customers with respect and courtesy. Even if it’s next door I will just take the extra distance and shop there.

At 6 pm kid jumped out of the office , I said you have no napkins and the hot chocolate machine and it's gross, he handed me napkins and I said no , you need napkins because my hot chocolate spilled...... he said next and went to the other register .... I love this 7/11 but wil not return with that kid sleeping or at the register,

Horrible location. They’re always rude and are upset with you if you have any type of concerns. I never go here unless it’s an emergency. I needed paper towels last minute tonight and so i went and i was looking for them when i heard a woman tell the guy working that all the Nesquick was expired in March of 2018....about 9 months ago or so. Not to mention, she had taken a big drink of it. She had asked the guy if she could pick something out for free considering she had literally just drank rotten milk and he looked like he could care less! Just gave her a blank stare and said “no.” Thankfully he let her return it (i think, i ended up leaving before i got to see if she actually was able to return it). Just don’t go here. Their products are always dusty and old and it’s just a bad location. There’s a gas station right down the road on Barrington, the staff is nicer and pleasant and the place is spotless. Might as well go the extra quarter of a mile down the road.

I normally would stop by this seven eleven for some food or drink after work or sometimes just for a quick snack since I live down the road. But after today when I was wrongly accused of shoplifting at this store that i've been coming to for almost 2 years I think im gonna now take my buisness else where.
