Worst customer service ever! Doors are locked, wait for food was 30 min. It was busy but I spent over $50 and they gave me a drink that was straight soda water and refused to replace it with a fresh Pepsi. The guy that brought me my food said its not his problem and refused to give me a new drink so he just walked away. This Culver's is garbage, and could really use some customer service training.

This was fastest Culver’s experience ever. Our meal was prepared in under 5 minutes. I went and ordered dessert later. The food was handed to me as I took my receipt. Wow!!

Never had a wrong order. It's a bit awkward to get to location wise but the drive through is fast, workers are friendly, and the food is good. I've found Culver's can be hit or miss sometimes but this one has been very consistently good.

Best spicy chicken sandwich’s in all of the fast food market and THEY DONT EVEN MARKET IT!! It’s like they keep it a secret. I feel sorry for anyone who hasn’t had a spicy chicken sandwich from culvers. It’s the best bar none

I come to this restaurant at least ones at month. The staff is super friendly even when they are busy and the food is fresh and taste great.
Some times is crowded around noon when the office people go on break but the waiting time is short.
The only complain i will have is that the condiments are direct under the sun and they are warm, not sure if that good for the shelf life or sanitary. The only reason im not giving 5 🌟

Extremely long wait just for them to lose our order number, even though the bank was charged for the order. Locked the doors on the public and gave 2 employees the job of just standing at the door instead of serving food. I am a Culvers die hard, coming home from college where I haven’t had any nearby, and this experience convinced me to never stop by Culver’s on a road trip again, as too many drive throughs lose orders:

Lots of space. Plenty of gas pumps. No wait.
Super clean.
They have an eat in, drive through, it take out restaurant too. They specialize in burgers, shakes and custard ice cream. Oh yummy!

Nice place, good food. Very clean and welcoming. Nice quick spot, plus the custard is phenomenal. Curds and onion rings are delicious.
