Wendy's

We had a great experience at this Wendy's. Unlike their competitors who close their eat-in dining rooms one second after they stop serving breakfast, Wendy's keeps their eat-in dining rooms open until closing time. Additionally, their Cashier was very friendly, patient and never rushed his customers like you sometimes seem at their competitors restaurant. The cashier on duty at this Wendy's this afternoon should be commended for his work today at this Wendy's

We just ordered the $5 Biggie bag because they took off the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger from the 4 for $4 menu. They didn't give us the receipt for our food and we had to come back to get our drinks because they didn't give it to us when we were in the drive thru. The boy that was in the window had an attitude problem. I asked him for a spoon for my Frosty that I ordered and he told me to look in the bag. Then I asked for more napkins and he was reluctant to give us more. The Frosty was small for $1.99. Not coming back to this location again!

Employee's don't listen when you place an order. Ordered Lg. Chile they gave me a small. Asked for hot sauce packs had to go back to counter to ask for them again not in the bag. Asked for no lettuce on my burger guess what yes I had lettuce on my burger. They need a better training program or employee that can learn. Just not a warm body.

I was really impressed with this restaurant. This location has been here since I was a kid, in fact I may have had my first cheeseburger here in 1986. Jose was running the register, and it was busy. He was quick, friendly and paid close attention to customers. The man in front of me dropped his cup, and he instantly asked if he needed a new one, while multi tasking. He asked me if I wanted to try the new sauce, and it was pretty great. Glad he asked or I would have never known. I haven't eaten at Wendy's for a long time, it has become pricey, as far as fast food is concerned, but they won me back.
