If you're looking for a relaxing and peaceful environment to study or grab a cup of coffee source is the place for you. With it's quaint interior and soul food, you will be feeling homely and warm. Highly recommend coming here Friday evenings for a drink and some Lovley live music by some local artist.

Beautiful garden, where produce is sourced, gluten free option for those with allergies, option to be a volunteer which I have been, focussed on sustainability, certified organic food, food for vegans or vegetarians. Options to be seated outside in the garden, which has an orchard. Cheap annual membership, an events calendar, such as the culture club. Near to the University of Tasmania.

Fantastic organisation! A welcoming shop and café surrounded by a beautiful vegetable garden, grapevines and chooks! I enjoy the relaxed ambience with super friendly staff and wholesome patrons. This is a not-for-profit cooperative managed by members to benefit members, community and the environment. Source is best known as a wholefoods store, they stock lots on minimally processed and sparingly packaged organic bulk foods as well as organic local fruit & vegetables. Source is also a café that sells delicious organic coffee, nourishing vegetarian & vegan hot lunches and lots of sweet and savoury snacks. There's also lots of household and life maintenance products. Source also provides a variety of volunteer opportunities - gardening, baking, hospitality, shop assistant... and lots of others too. Definitely a place to check-out and spend some time getting to know!
