Mcdonald's

This McDonald's is terrible. This Isnt the first time but They constantly get the orders wrong I would say 80% of the time. I ordered a DELUXE chicken sandwich and got a small cheeseburger looking thing on bread for $8+ of course got that order wrong too. Very very small sandwiches, nothing like before. Beware because the same owner owns about 4 of them in Portage and Hobart, IN. So I imagine it'll be the same throughout all restaurants. 2thumbs down for Itty bitty sandwiches and wrong orders and PRICEY cheap food.

It’s ridiculous that you have to be pulled up for 20 mins for McDouble bundles . Then you have to park next to people eating their food . I don’t understand why you don’t have burgers and fries ready it’s kind of common sense that people are going to order burgers and fries . I can understand a fish or large orders .

Got mine and my husband's order wrong. Wanted the food back to fix the order. No bacon on my husband's burger. They forgot the extra fry in my happy meal and barely any fries in the one they managed to remember. The only good thing about this visit was the girl at the first window. Very nice and friendly.

This McDonald's is okay. It's clean on inside but staff doesn't seem out going. You know the type that is no rude really but not pleasant! The gentleman that took my order didn't even give me the total just asked that's it? I said yes, he said okay. I'm unsure if McDonald's is following up on Franchisees standards in customer service. But food was hot and tasted as expected.

Ordered on the app for dine-in because the drive thru line was long and my niece didn't want to wait. So we go in and our order number is on the screen as "in progress". So we're waiting at a table for our order to be called and after 20 minutes start to notice people who came in and ordered after us were getting their food before us. So I go to the counter to inquire about my order, no one stops to ask me anything like people standing up there is normal. I was up there for another 5 minutes, no one acknowledges me. The hiring manager Tania, served off my order without handing it out to be petty in my opinion. Why would she do that? Because she's upset her daughter was fired from a job she didnt want. Like just do your job girl. I had to ask the counter girl to help get my order because the manager didn't do her job? In the end making the employees do more by having to remake my order. Please move on. It's just chicken.

I didn't like it... although the food was decent, when I 1st walked in I told the girl at the counter the floor was very slippery & someone may fall. She looked at me, didn't say 1 word, didn't tell anyone & kept doing what she was doing. Didn't seem to care that that was a potentially hazardous situation! The other thing is they had 2 hand sanitizer dispenser which neither has any sanitizer in them. I informed son of that & once again... NOTHING was done! So my experience was not good.
