Haven't been in a Subway since the whole drama over the tuna. Stopped by today on a whim because I was craving a chicken sub with the sweet onion sauce. Turns out the sweet onion sauce has been changed into this weird, brown, gloopy teriyaki sauce that resembles the old recipe but tastes nothing like it. The sauce has been the same for 20 years, why change it? Won't be back.

My mom and I went into the store with coupons. The first young lady asked my mom what her order was going to be and after making all three of my mom's sandwiches they went to cash my mom out. As my mom handed the coupon to the next young lady she made the comment they couldn't take coupons because they had a new computer system. My mom then stated she was just there the night before and used coupons and had no issues. The third young lady then came out and said once again they would not be able to take my mom's coupons so I said well my mom only has come with the certain of amount of money that the coupons would total to and doesn't have any more money you guys should put a sign out or at least tell your customers before they place their order so that they don't think that they can use a coupon at the end of the process and then be told that they can't and they only brought that amount of money. The three young ladies then turned very rude stopped making my order I had to ask someone to finish making my order and I went ahead and just paid for the entire order my mom's and mine which I had said I would do in the very beginning that I would just go ahead and pay for the entire order but that they should put a sign out or tell customers as they come in the door that they are not accepting coupons. This was a horrible experience all I can say the food was very good however if you go in with coupons make sure you bring double the amount of money you think it's going to cost.

We have a love/hate relationship with this subway. Lol our experience depends on who they've hired with their high turn over. Sometimes the teenagers are nice or like tonight they were rude to my daughter. My daughter goes in there to get our food all the time usually once a week most time no issues, tonight the girls were rude. No food is worth rude service. It may be time to take another year or 2 break like we had to last time.

Husband went to Subway in Lakesite to grab us dinner since I had surgery and was on bedrest and they were out of most of the menu items. This is not the first time we have went to this location and that has happened. Very disappointed. I understand that some stuff is hard to get right now but it wasn't supply issues considering they were out of a lot of the breads.

1.Horrible service… workers rolling eyes at easy order and just had an attitude.
2. Put smallest amount of meat from any subway I have ever been to.
3. More worried about friends coming in then the people ordering.
4. Can’t even wrap a sandwich right.
The sandwich’s were horrible and I will not be coming back.

They have lost my business. This makes 2 Subways I have gone to. They will not honor the National B2G1F or any deals. I'm calling corporate tomorrow. If I could leave zero stars I would.

We ordered online and gave plenty of time for our order to be made. When my husband got there not only did he have to stand in a long line but was told they hadn't even started it. When he finally got home we were missing sandwiches! After all that we didn't even have everything. I called the store to request a refund and was informed they do not have managers/shift supervisor on shift and none of the kids there knew who to call, what to do or how to handle the situation. I was given "Melinda's " phone number who I was told was their manager and of course she did not answer or return my call. I then called another location close by hoping to get a number to a area manager or even talk to a store manager who may could help explain to the kids what to do but found yet another kid COMPLETELY ALONE IN THE STORE!!! What kind of company has children running stores with no supervision nor training on how to handle situations?!?! She also had no clue who to contact other than someone named "Bill" would be coming by her location later that day and that maybe he was some kind of manager. I then called the hixson pike store back (where we ordered) and asked that they try to call Melinda and see if she could walk then through what to do. They did and thankfully she answered to them and walked them through canceling the order. These kids should have been trained how to deal with this....but most importantly should NOT be left to run a store completely blind! And that poor kid working the other location alone!!! I would flip out on someone if that were my child! What if she was robbed! Shame on you subway for terrible customer service, training and lack of support for your staff!
