Good food, nice beer selection but very crowded and very noisy. The Cape Cod Reuben was delicious, totally impossible to eat as a sandwich and had to use fork and knife.

Hit this great little spot with a friend during the 2022 snow storm... locals definitely appreciated the fact that this was one of the few places open during the storm. Bartender/owner was very friendly and the service was great. While I didn't eat, I hear the food is pretty good.

Very comfortable and delightful spot for a couple of beers and some food. There is a wide variety of different kinds of beer available; craft,domestic, foreign, IPAs and stouts. Food prices are very good considering the location, and I appreciate the option for healthy sides and healthy dishes. As it’s name implies, the interior is very cozy and “snug”. Parking is available on the street in Hingham Center. If I am back in the area I will most definitely return!

Great Irish pub. Everything we had has been amazing. Have to get Steak tips. Wings are on point and tonight had Shepherds Pie. Best I've ever had. Small place but the servers are wonderful and caring. If you are in the area it's a must stop. If you live here and not been make it a priority.

After a group hike, 11 of us descended on the Snug for mid-afternoon meal (and in my case, a good IPA). They were accommodating, and our waitress (I hope I spell this right), Meghan, didn't bat an eye when we asked for 11 separate checks.
The food was good. No one raved about it and no one complained about it. Meghan was efficient and accommodating.
If you're in the mood for a proper pint, maybe some Irish grub, and the feel of an Irish pub, you should definitely come in.

Nice place for a beer, but the food is made like "bar food." Don't let the menu fool you! Great staff and service 🙂

Loved it, I would come back here every week. I had the grilled rueben sandwich and the fried green beans with a couple pints. This place needs to be on your list of places to have a good meal for sure!
