This Arbys doesn't look like it changes since the 80s. I walked in the other night and took an employee about 5 minutes to come out from the back. Other than that service was fine and the dining was clean.

Went there on 2/25/20, got a beef & cheddar and a buffalo slider. Took my first bite of the beef and cheedar and found a hair in it. Ruinned my apetite.

The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The food was fresh & deliriously delicious! Plus the store was so clean. I will go out of my way to go back to this specific Arbys' every chance I get. This is how all fast food service and experiences should be.

Gotta say the best part of my experience was the fries even thought they were a little on the salty side. Haven't tried every burger but for roughly $10 you get a decent sized meal. Could really use a remodeling but as of now I dont think I'd go back.

Great place. Yes there are some sandwiches/fries that take a while to cook, so you can’t expect to have your food in under 5 minutes when there are people in drive thru and people inside.. all food is made fresh! The workers are super nice, sometimes may go to your table and ask how you’re doing. Also, if something went wrong with your order, you call and they fix it for you.. that’s amazing because not all fast food places would do that.. 2 thumbs up for this restaurant! Just be patient. 😊

I like this place! They have first-rate dishes, their menu is rich, The chief cook in that place is a specialist, I enjoy very much tasting all their dishes. The dishes are always fresh, the service towards the clients is nice. I go often to this restaurant and I was never discontended. I recommend it to all my friends.

I wouldn't not eat at this location my food was not all that great and the drive-thru was like being at the bank or Walgreens that's how you know it's a sketchy area

Typical fast food place. Good eats. Cheap prices. I do have one issue with this location though. They call your name to come and pick up your order, when many times there are more people working then actual customers. I believe they should bring it out to the table as an added benefit for driving and spending one's hard earned money there as opposed to the plethora of other fast food places up and down La Grange road. But that's just the business owner in me I suppose.
