Friendly's

We had a great experience today!! We had a large party and our waitress did a phenomenal job!! There was a power outage because of a storm and we had to wait for the computer system to reboot for about 30 minutes, but that wasn't anyone's fault. It happens. Our food and ice cream was great and everyone left happy.

Nope. We waited few minutes before we got to order, then waited 25 minutes to get our order only to be so DISAPPOINTED when we got home. This is NOT what we ordered! The large sundaes did NOT have everything we asked for. My husband is allergic to nuts and his large sundae had walnuts, hard gummy bears and wrong flavor ice cream. Mine was also wrong flavors/toppings, so was my daughters order. So irresponsible on their part. Thank God I tasted my husband's "sundae" first. Never again!

It’s sad this is the nearest Friendly’s to my house. My server was not friendly at all, he seemed so mad to serve people he wasn’t even nice and never smiled. He needs to learn about customer service and should never been hired. I didn’t even bother get his name, since I’m never going back, Thanks for ruining Friendly’s, can’t even make a kids cone head sundae.

The ice cream was very tasty as always. The only complaint, I asked for extra hot fudge on the side but never got it. Otherwise very fast preparation service... no wait at all. I wish there were closer Friendlys around me in upstate NY, until then, I'll have to keep returning here to enjoy the tasty Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Sunday.

My family and I have been frequently visitors to the Hillsdale over the years. We placed a to go order for over $60.00 and there was nothing but errors. The food was over cooked and the medium sized ice cream was the same as the free children's ice cream. When I called and spoke to the manager and explained the situation she said "well there is nothing I can do about it now". You would think in times when restaurants are closing daily they would be more conscientious to their customers.

after a negative experience with a waitress here yesterday, i was very upset. I have always known Friendly's to have amazing service and great staff, and was shocked at how little attention our waitress paid to our table. we had to ask other staff for help multiple times and she disappeared constantly. it saddens me to think that Friendly's would hire someone like that.

PROS: We pulled into a lot with a lot of parking next to the building. Once we entered we knew that it was very clean and friendly. I realized that half the place was crowded which tells me they're doing something right here. The food was great and like any Friendly's there was enough on the menu. The server, Victoria, was very nice to us too. She made the experience better. CONS: The food took a while to cook. Also, there was no hostess at the podium. They only have a one person bathroom which causes a line of people who need to use it. OVERALL: I believe that this place is just like any ordinary friendly. Slow yet satisfying. I'll be going back here when I'm in the area. If you go I recommend asking for Victoria. You're​ never too​ old for ice cream!
