Tenders are small and overcooked. Do not order the hot wings, they are not the same as a couple years ago, the new ones are worse than the cheapos you get from the freezer section. Fries are still really good, the only star they got from me.

Took forever to get food and not very busy, okra and chicken were Luke warm. No rolls and biscuits were dry and hard.

Solid chicken tenders, spicy tenders have a good amount of spice. Corn nuggets were good. Cheap prices. I like the fish fillets at chicken express but they usually have a 10 minute wait unlike the chicken which is already prepared.

Service was great, register man very nice. However, the crust on the chicken in the 8 piece mixed bix was So Hard we could hardly bite it

The food looked food, but the breading on the chicken is too thick. The wing that I was served was so old that I couldn't eat it. The breast was a little better but still the breading was super weird. The green beans were okay, nothing special. The sweet tea is good

Worst experience ever!!! Took 30 mins to get an individual serving of mashed potatoes. Paid $2.15 and then had to pay $1.07 more for extra gravy because they said that's all they put on the potatoes.

The only reason I am giving this two stars is for the sweet Drive-thru staff. The food was terrible. I rarely give this type of review, however, $22 for two meals that we couldn't eat was noteworthy. The livers were as dry and crumbled- way overcooked. The mashed potatoes with gravy on both meals was so salty, even our salt loving kiddo couldn't eat it. Hubby said the spicy tenders were pretty good, but the gravy was cold and clumpy. All of this after we waited 10 minutes for the liver to be cooked "fresh". Perhaps a bad day- the door said that they were closed inside due to lack of staff, so perhaps that was the reason behind the poor food quality.
