How does the girl with face and neck tattoo have a job? total of 3 customers while I was in line got their rolled up meat set on their sandwich all spaced out! Haha yeah I would love every other bite to be without meat! Lady in front of me got one slice of tomato on a 6” with her chunks of turkey lol. I wasn’t so nice about mine. Although it’s subway, have some pride in your work!

On 3/31/22 I came to dine in and all the tables weren't clean so I asked the the employee with the ponytail if he could wipe down one of the tables so I can sit and enjoy my subway sandwich and he said he would and that he wouldn't mind so I said "thank you" and gave him a 15% tip on the debit card reader. At this point I'm standing waiting for him to wipe the table down and he started eating cookies in front of me so I asked him again "can you please wipe a table down" and he then tells me that he just punched out and that he wasn't gonna do it.....I tipped him and he would take 10 seconds of his time to simply clean a table. Horrible service. And to top it off there was 3 people working and none would volunteer.....unreal

I'm a vegetarian and there's a veggie patty it's not a mock meat and it doesn't really taste like much which I see as a good thing. I just want my sandwich to be actually toasted, like the cheese melts and it feel warm when in my hands. I did mention wanting it to be warmer and the employee put the sandwich in for longer which I did appreciate though I wish it was still warmer. I'm just guessing that they're not supposed to put it in as long as I would've wanted. That's more of a me problem and not on them in anyway. If you like the taste of inexpensive long sandwiches I suggest to go here.

The two employees on shift seemed like they were in over their heads, and they definitely needed one or two more support staff to help move the lunch rush efficiently. The one girl seemed to know what she was doing, but the one guy seemed to lack experience and had absolutely no sense of urgency. What should’ve taken maybe 5-10 minutes to make a sandwich took nearly 15-20 minutes! The line grew quickly, and by the time there were five or six people in line it seemed as though the the one girl was going cross eyed because she was having to pick up so much extra slack. I really felt kind of bad for her. Whoever owns this location needs to stop being so cheap with payroll and staff their business properly, and they might actually make more money.
