Burger King

Not worth the hassle to provide pics for this place!! An elderly lady and I went to this burger king last week. I have a loud voice and the lady I was with can't hear well. I did the ordering from the passenger side of car. The woman couldn't understand there were two orders for one car. She kept saying 2 chickens. She passed us to a man who told me i was too loud, he didn't have to take this kind of abuse, and then implied I was raciest when I had neither sworn at him nor called him names. We are people who are hard of hearing. We drove away with nothing as he refused to serve us. I was so scared and crushed I spent the next few days huddled in my apartment craving whoppers and doing nothing about it. I recommend if you want whoppers with no attitude, go to the burger king near 185th and Cornell. They are worth the price!!

I am done with Burger King. The last 4 times that I have visited, the food wasn't even slightly warm. The buns were dry. On this last and final visit. I asked for extra ketchup and mustard. The cheeseburger was smothered in mustard and ketchup, so much so that it would have been impossible to eat. The wrapper was so covered with M&K that I couldn't even pick up the burger. I had to throw it out. I will never go back. The extra sauce I could change by not trying to get the burger the way I like it and take it as is but that doesn't change the fact that the food is cold and unappetizing.

We like this spot, some of the cashiers are really friendly and others seem a bit dead inside (not a jab, I know how customer service is). Biggest issue was when we ordered an impossible whopper and they handed us a regular whopper. We aren’t strict vegetarians but bro we ordered the plant thing! They fixed it when we drove back around but they really did not seem to care either way, gave us no trouble but also no apology. Overall: 3/5 It’s a Burger King. The impossible whopper patty (right) has cleanly formed sides, and the regular meat patty (left) has more charring.

Wrong order just received. Food damn cold! Delivered to hotel. Is door dash drivers fault or BK not sure. Expensive meal and got kids meal!! Phone number is disconnected so can’t even call to get problems resolved! Don’t use this BK via online order, at least. I wouldn’t use door dash either, but wax connected with service. Not sure if he gave my order to someone else or not. Update: Giving 4 stars cuz they tried to make it right. I had to drive over there though, as they’re phone numbers was inoperable. The food was hot this time. The burger seemed smaller than expected for that new big king. The wrapper said whopper jr on it as it did last time, but at least they put the condiments on right and xtra lettuce and tomatoes as requested and made sure it had the 2 patties vs just one and put bacon on it as I ordered it online. Since they went out of their way to try to correct the problem, I’m increasing my rating from a 1 star to a 4. *** please get your phone number updated**. It says it’s no longer in service and I dialed it straight from the main page and then your website. Thnx

Not worth it. Have tried ordering online through different ways, and the online menu is sparse. First no drinks offered through GrubHub (no sodas, milkshakes; nothing) and if you try to order through the BK app or website, only Coke Zero is offered. I give up on trying to order online for this Burger King so I'll probably not even set foot in the restaurant either.

Not enough people working and the bald guy in the black shirt (assuming he is a shift manager) is berating employees being very toxic. Stops to scoff at drive thru employee that he isn’t fast enough. He’s working fast enough. try hiring more people! You shouldn’t be stressing out employees and customers like this.

This location is disorganized, unmanaged, unprofessional and as fun as a dentist's office waiting room. And it's the first I've ever walked out of. 1. The kid sitting on the counter with his back to the dining room with the manager next to him was the first strike. 2. The manager yelling at him to "move" in front of me was the second. 3. When the kid raised his voice at me, as in customer me, for not knowing what was on the menu. (which was not functioning, BTW) That was the third strike. The BK on 185th/Cornell is five minutes away. Go there.
