Pho Viet Restaurant

Arrived and found the main register lady to be a bit pushy. Not sure if she is the owner but she sat us down and ordered around the employees. I order the most standard entry beef brisket pho and found it to be bland. I told the lady it had been a long time since I have enjoyed PHO. And she was more concerned with us ordering a ton of food and having a big bill. I came here with 1 family member to share a bowl. She did not like this. Toward the end she changed her demeanor and was a bit more kind and helpful. But the problem was she could have been like that from the start. Needs some work on customer service. Also price is high for the customer to be so low and flavor is lacking

Our take out order was completely wrong. I ordered tofu spring rolls and they came with with shrimp and pork. My husband ordered fried rice with beef and it came with chicken and shrimp. He’s allergic to poultry. How hard is it to get an order correct when you call and order over the phone? VERY FRUSTRATING. Will not eat here again.

Very friendly and quick service. The pho was so excellent and flavorful! I eat pho all the time and this has been the best place I have gone. It is about 45min from my home, but I will be coming again. The bowl had a lot of ingredients. The iced coffee was really good, and the avocado Boba shake was unexpectedly good as well.
