Subway

Great team members. Fast and efficient. Went in around 5:30pm for a quick sub for dinner, with about 10 other people with the same idea. There were only 2 workers visible. A lady making subs and a handsome young man finishing the orders. Yes, I noticed your calves when you turned around to throw away your gloves. Keep up the work in the gym! And thanks for the smile. (He was being kind, I'm too old to flirt with). The two co- workers worked well together. Professional. They got the job done. Sub was great too, as expected. Clean restaurant. They allow everyone to make their own decision about what to wear in the building: shorts, buckeye apparel, and/or masks. Cheers to meatball subs and freedom!

Unfortunately my parents were involved in a car accident outside the restaurant and had to wait for everything inside the subway. While my parents were figuring out insurance and waiting for a tow truck the one employee, taller slender man who was wearing a red OSU beanie, treated us very well and was very friendly. If you can please give this man a raise or something because he helped them so much I hope that I can return the favor somehow.

Always reliable. Easy and quick, and the workers are super casual and friendly. The conversation is nice after a long day. The subs are well made and not sloppy, and they always are willing to do any special requests with no problem. They really do make some of my rough after work nights easier. Thank you guys

I had the worse experience at this subway (cemetery rd). I order my sandwiches using their app. When I received my order it was incomplete. I politely asked the associates to fix it for me but they refused to do that. Subway associates told me not to order online and not to use their Subway app because their IT dept is all messed up and their app is not reliable at all. He told me to call corporate office and get a hold of them. Keep in my that I just got off of work and was really tired and hungry. Associates told me to come back again tomorrow and MAYBE their manager will fix it for me so basically just keep driving back and forth for a sandwich again and again. I do not recommend this location to anyone.
