Always a pleasure to eat at Chilangos. Food is excellent, portions are generous and service is always also excellent.

Delicious authentic Mexican food and drinks - a staple in Highlands and the surrounding area. The owner is super friendly and is always accommodating to our family. One of the few authentic Mexican restaurants in the area that serves alcohol. The fajitas and margaritas are some of the best around!

We are locals and have eaten at Chilangos before. However, recently we had an exceptional experience! When we walked in to arrange catering for our engagement party, Eric, the owner's son, welcomed us warmly. We spent a Saturday morning with Eric, discussing the catering menu and customization options. Chilangos is all about cooking for you and with love, and they certainly delivered. The tacos were a solid 10/10 at our engagement party, where we had over 60-70 guests who were asking where the food is from. A huge thank you to Chilangos and Eric for making our celebration unforgettable!

A delightful waitress makes all the difference. Tatiana was attentive, pleasant, friendly and took every opportunity to make us feel welcome and cared for. The food was plentiful and tasty. We will be back!

This is THEE MOST AUTHENTIC Mexican restaurant in Highlands. The food is fresh and the drinks are delicious. And if your lucky you just might meet the magic maker himself.
This is still the best Mexican restaurant in the Highlands and it just keeps getting better. I just had the Margarita Flight which is 3 5 oz. Margaritas (passion fruit, prickly pear and mango) and 3 tacos (coconut shrimp with coleslaw, pork & pineapple and steak). As usual everything was delicious. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

This place is a hidden gem. Can't believe I've never stopped in before. If you like Mexican food this place is a must visit. If you like tequila, they have 100+ different types. The prickly pear margarita is fantastic and the pork and pineapple tacos were unreal.

Whenever I'm visiting my friends in the Highlands and they ask me where I want to go to eat, I pick Chilangos. Not only is the food great, but the staff is also friendly, and the drinks are fantastic. The place is always busy, but we've never had to wait. If you find yourself in the area, give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
