Kfc

One of the worst KFC's I been to. I just moved here from Florida and was hoping this would be my go to kfc since it was just down the street, guess that wont be the case. I asked for an all dark meat bucket (we had coupons at home for 12 piece all dark meat), he said they don't serve it like that. Mixed only. We bought an 8 piece. ended up with 4 breast. the chicken was dry and luke warm at best. Tasted like it had been in the warmer for 3 plus hours. We had been shopping all day, the last thing I was in the mood for was to return to the store to deal with the punk kid and his attitude. Would not recommend this store to anyone else.

Had the Chicken and waffles dinner in honor of Mildred Pierce. Boy would she have been disappointed. If you are thinking light airy waffle, forget it. This is like a biscuit in the shape of a malformed waffle. Like when you don't put enough batter on the waffle iron and it makes a small one, then don't cook it thoroughly so it's doughy too. And you only get one with a spork that can't possibly deal with it. Waffle beat spork hands down, no contest. Chicken is good as always but they seem to be growing them smaller these days. Last time I order that menu item, it's a loser. The colonel knows chicken but he doesn't know squat about waffles!

We stopped in today for lunch. Ordinarily, I am not a big KFC fan but this location was the best KFC experience I've ever had. First off, the staff were so friendly and polite. The chicken and biscuits were very fresh and non greasy. The biscuits were warm and flaky and the chicken cooked perfectly. The sides were the typical KFC sides but everything was fine. The restaurant was quiet which we like. No Complaints, I would eat here again. Kudos to the staff for making it right.

Never, never go to this location! We ordered over 45 minutes ago online with a “3:19p” time of pick-up. Upon arriving (at 3:20), the employee was outside smoking. We were told to go through the drive through. Once through the drive through, we were told to “go to the front and we’ll bring it to you”....It’s now 3:50. We just drove through AGAIN and were told “it’s cooking”. Asked for a refund. “You need to talk to a manager. He just left. We can’t give a refund.” Really??? Then your wonderful employee said, “why don’t you just make it at home”. This was the absolute worst I’ve ever seen from an establishment. Still don’t have my refund...... Can I give zero stars?

Despite the brand name this location somehow dishes the worst customer service ever. The manager this time (like other managers before) was very rude and indifferent. When she was asked if she had any coupons she looked pretty upset. In the recent past other locations tried to help us with existing coupons available at the store. Very slow service, no gloves and a very indifferent attitude she acted as if she cant hear us. Despite asking for 2 different chicken dishes she was trying to put all in one when we said no. She was trying to retain the multiple use coupons we had with us even after the transaction was done and we were about to collect the food. When we refused she got very angry and poured on sarcastic comments on us. Compare to other locations who actually gave us 2 of their coupon handouts and asked us to come again. This is the true bottom of customer service , not going back again. Wish there is change in management.

There have been food quality problems at this location but last night was the worst. Tried the potato bowls. The plastic melted the bowls bent down and the mashed potatoes were everywhere. We got the meals only one cookie was in the bag. The large mac n cheese looked grayish and tasted like old oil. I called today and an unenthused young girl said she was the manager. Told her what happened. She was in apologetic. Finally agreed to replace the meals. We shall see how the service is when I go back in.

This is the absolute worst KFC i have ever been to for service and food quality & Its been like this for quite some time. In the past it looks like there is no adult supervision for the horse playing punks that work there. Last time i was there (which will be my last) the minute i ordered i knew i shouldn't have went there just by the unprofessional gang banger on the speaker taking the order. Then after paying he told me to pull around to the front and he would bring the order to me which he never did . Then i went in wanting a refund because i couldn't wait any longer after 20 minutes and they said they couldn't do that because a manager wasn't there. I finally got the greasy order from the suspect who was playing like he actually worked there and shoved it back at me without an apology...To make a long story short, I recommend that no one should go to this KFC and hopefully it will do the neighborhood a favor by shutting down.
