Went today and the place had a great vibe and the restaurant was clean and organized. I felt like a valued customer with a personal connection to the barista making my drink and grub. Overall, great experience and I will be back to do work here in the future.

Great experience at this Starbucks. I go here often with the kids or to have business meetings. The staff is always fast and friendly. Seating area is normally clean and typically you can find a place to sit down anytime. Parking lot can be a bit of a pain, but that’s just cause it is a good shopping center

I ordered a green tea frappuccino with strawberry puree and a London fog, but didn't realize both orders were wrong until I got home. When she gave me the 'London fog' she called it a medicine ball and it ended up being a green tea honey citrus mint tea. And the green tea frappuccino seems more like a strawberries and cream with a sprinkle of matcha

This is a larger Starbucks along one of the main crossroads in Highlands Ranch, as such it receives a lot of traffic. The drive-thru line is usually long, as are the lines inside. During the mornings, a lot of people set up camp, so seating comes at a premium. The staff was friendly, but it took over 3 minutes from order to just get a tea, and another two to get a sandwich. The sandwich was hastily put together. Not my favorite, but it could've been worse.

I love Starbucks and I have been to almost every Starbucks in the area. I ordered a grande green tea latte for more than 5 bucks. When i got the drink, I felt it's very light, I am not surprised to see that the drink is only 4/5 full. Why should I pay for grande when I only got the amount for the tall size. The company's stock is soaring, I would expect to at least get what I paid for, which is already overpriced.

An extremely busy but great location. For being constantly slammed, the staff is friendly and my orders are always correct!

Poor service. Workers were too busy socializing rather than focusing on working. Tables were dirty, napkins needed refilled and asked for napkins and never got them, along with 20 minutes to get a cup of water.

It is just hard to beat Starbucks on it comes to their coffee. The only issues I ever have is when I ask for warm and I get hot. Whoever for those who like it hot you will surely get what you want.
