The worst experience ever no one really works there all are very lazy. Went to drive-through first window no one was there to busy playing around in back area. So I moved to the next window they handed me my food cold fries warm hamburger nothing was hot ordered a small frosty it was put into a large cup nothing was said about not having any small cups. I had to remind them that I didn't pay yet. They had 5 people at the second window and no one could run my card till they found the person that should of been at the first window of I could give a zero star I would whoever owns that place needs to rethink life choices

So, to be honest, my children were having kind of a tough night😫They begged me to go inside to eat, & I begrudgingly agreed. Yet, I must say once we entered our visit was nothing short of perfect. The manager greeted our family, the cashier was super helpful & dropped off extra items so we wouldn't have to interrupt our meal to go to the front. Wow. Thanks for such a great time. And, Josiah, wonderful customer service! 🐐

This location used to be good at one time. Waited 30 minutes for a curbside pick up then had to go through the drive-through to wait an additional 10 minutes only to be told we had to go inside and get our food when we got to the drive up window. So what’s the point of the app to make us go through all three possible ways to get our order and then walk away empty-handed and still get charged $30!

I want to shout out for Ricky, one of the managers, he is very polite, he is always making sure everyone is please with their Wendy's experience, he's working very hard all the time. I would like his superiors to know they have a very valuable worker in their establishment. I appreciate him all the time. Also there is a very young girl working there, Stephanie, what a sweetheart, very polite and hardworking🥰

I really love their new honey butter chicken biscuit for breakfast. It has to be one of the best breakfast sandwiches I have had outside of my own kitchen! The chicken is moist and delicious, the biscuit is flaky and buttery, and the honey butter is perfect. The biscuits and gravy is another story. The gravy was bland, and the sausage almost non-existent. I won’t be ordering that again. Their breakfast potatoes are also mediocre some hash browns similar to McDonald’s would be a huge improvement. But definitely try the chicken biscuit!!!

If I'm being honest here, I could give 1 star for technicalities and customer service....HOWEVER, even though I got the wrong order (mine was supposed to be a Swiss croissant- I recieved a cheddar biscuit) -- it was SO good. SO Good!!! Super fresh!! The potatoes were on point. So the food was EXCELLENT. It did make me dissapointed I said, "Thank you" smiled and "Have a great day!"..to more than one employee being super friendly through the drive thru and not once did anyone say one word back so that was pretty sad customer service.

This is the 2nd time in a matter of months that they F'ed up my order. I barely eat fast food and when I do it's a treat and all these teenagers working there are extremely slow and incompetent. This time there was a giant hair in the burger that I said plain and of course wasn't. A plain F'in burger and JR. Fries how do you F that up?! Also the wait wait time was extremely long and they are not courteous to customers at all. Go somewhere else
