Wendy's

Paid for a large fry $2.49, what I received were cold dry fries and to top it off , the container wasn't even half full. Almost as if they dumped a stale-small fry into a large container. I would go ask for my money back if not for the fact that the service is so slow (seriously, how long does it take to make a plain sandwich, since obviously the wait was clearly not for fresh fries. I will never visit again. One star because even my plain jr. Bacon was trash. Do better folks. Shame.

I was appalled at the low level of customer I just received when coming through the drive through. The employee was very attitudinal when speaking to me. Instead of "Welcome to Wendy's" I received we aren't accepting any types of cash, we have no nuggets, we have no salads. I then asked about the frosty and was told yall didn't have that either. At this point the store should just be closed.

I don't know how this place is still open. I rarely even try to go there, because I have had such bad experiences. But after enough time passes, I think surely the last time was a fluke and try it again. I would not try this place again if it is the last place in High Point. And it isn't the normal concerns like slow service or cold food, which is a problem here too. Last time I tried it, we waited at the drive through and no one said anything. As we pulled away after a while, the person who was supposed to be taking orders was standing in the parking lot talking on her phone. I asked if they closed early. She said, "No. I didn't see you. What do you need?" ???? She was outside of the building at her car and from where she was standing there was no way she couldn't see me! It felt weird to try to give an order to someone standing outside of the building, so we left. Tonight, they were out of Frostys and we were stuck in the drive through since there is a curb until they slowly got the cars in front us their food. I have never had to wait that long for absolutely nothing!
