Applebee's

Sat down to order, me and my wife ordered two mixed drink specials they had first and water and told the waiter we needed a couple minutes to look at the menu. Waiter came back about 8 minutes later and we ordered our food. We waited about another 5 minutes this has been about close to 15 minutes now and we still haven't gotten our drinks that we ordered that we wanted to drink before our meal (I don't like drinking alcohol during my meal). Next thing you know about another 5 minutes it's been about 20 minutes now here comes the waitress with our food no drinks.. she dropped the food off and I ran up to the bar before I could say something to the before I could say something to the waitress and ask the bartender hey if you haven't made those drinks yet, explain what drinks they were, then just don't worry about it we've got our food now. He said that he had them made although I saw two glasses that oue drinks were supposed to come in (special drinks with specific glasses that's how I knew they were ours). I just said okay never mind that's fine, went back sit down watch the bartender as he made our drinks one of them had to be blended because it was frozen so he actually did not make our drinks yet. We were halfway done with our meals and then our drinks came out it literally took 30 minutes to make two drinks. Needless to say we both ate and just left both drinks on the table. Service these days it's just not the same as it used to be. If you want to drink and eat I definitely suggest you sit at the bar do not sit at a table. Pretty bad experience at this location. I'm sure they do good work but our experience really was not to pleasant. I'm not the type to complain we just paid and left left the drinks on the table, we still left the tip because we understand that's how waitresses get paid and it really wasn't her fault but the tip was not as generous as it always is when I go out and have a good experience at a restaurant. Beware if you sit at the table make sure you explicitly ask them to bring your drink out before your food if you order a mixed drink and you're wanting one before you eat. Literally 30 minutes to make two drinks, 30 MINUTES!!!!?

Whoever the back of the house crew was on the night of 3.25.22 around around 10:00 PM did a excellent job! The chicken was so flavorful and juicy, the potatoes were whipped to perfection! Every piece of food was cooked wonderfully. The customer service of the car side pick up was awesome as well with the super fast service. Best Applebees I’ve had.

Uncomfortable chairs for a party of 7. The waiter gave his name immediately which I liked. Great job! I asked for certain items which were forgotten. No plates brought out to share spinach and artichoke dip. Portion of ratio to the chips and dip and salsa was off. Next, my fettuccini Alfredo and blackened shrimp dish was dry and lacked the sauce. I was brought more sauce though. Lastly, desserts were ordered and everyone who ordered dessert was missing something. The waiter argued with our party stating everything was there. They literally had to show him what was missing. Totally not acceptable and had I been paying, I would have been speaking to a manager. So in the end what should have been a positive experience turned bad! I will upload pictures if I still have them. Oh, and terrible house salad by the way!

Nice local restaurant! One of the waitresses named Shamika, was Awesome! Spot on...being we were on a lunch hour and the food arrived quickly and exactly the way we wanted it, and then the receipt followed up shortly thereafter! Awesome! Prices are getting high it was 40 + dollars for lunch! Which is just crazy!

I don't know the waiters name. The black guy wearing a scarf around his neck. He was very unprofessional. He was taking plates with food and scrapping them off all on one plate on our table, while trying to flirt with my wife at the same time. Was being rude to our kids. Used to love this place, but after this, I will never come back.
