Most of the time there are no issues with my order. The decorations inside are cool. The food is delicious, however there are many issues. The staff often forgot the mark which flavor sauce of wings you ordered on the box when you and your companions order different sauces, and I have gotten the wrong sauce before because of that. One time my chicken was inedible and tasted like a christmas tree. My order is wrong on occasion and a third of the time my buffalo wings are dry because there is little sauce. Also, half the time I order Wings and Things, there is no celery. Saving this restaurant from 3 stars is their delicious Zax sauce.

Use to be the best Zaxbys they’re trash just like everywhere else. I asked for freshly cooked wings and got cold wings and even colder fries. Sad I was the only customer in line. Sorry I asked for too much won’t be back. Bunch of kids. That could’ve stayed home. I guess playing on the clock is a new thing now instead of just finding a better job.

Grilled chicken was cold and grilled fast so it was hard. Bread for that sandwich was hard. Signature sandwich was ok, it was warm. Fries are never hot. We always have a big order and the drive thru is always long. Inside needs to figure out a way to have hot coming out constantly. No excuse not to. Drive thru is always long so something should have been figured out by now. I'll try again in a few months. Not big on eating out but so often.

The managers & staff are unprofessional! They need to be trained again. I use to work in fast food when I was a teenager & was very much nicer. The black man - worker/manager asked me what kind of sauce i would like- i said bbq at the speaker & when they gave me my food it was ranch- no big deal, i will ask for bbq- but the man was so angry i asked for bbq & told me i needed to give the ranch back, i said sure, but it’ll be 25 cent for sauce, i said ok? thought it was strange if they gave me wrong sauce… but i handed him the ranch back & change for a bbq sauce that was OPEN already. any other fast food chain does not charge for sauce. i hope you guys can retrain the employees. stay home if you have an attitude or find another job! btw it’s just sauce LMFAOOO doesn’t come outta ur check sir.

Please be advised that if you order online, they will refuse to allow you to pick up your order in the drive-thru after you've waited in line. Once you go inside, they explain that it's more convenient for THEM if they make everyone come inside.

Rude lady 😒 who works here blocked two children and a mother from using the bathroom and refused to answer the plea to use the restroom as if she were the hall monitor. Citing that it's not a public bathroom "buy something to use it". It's something when you see unpleasant staff with chips on shoulder. There is a way to speak to customers that's not it. Customer lost for good at this location.

Drive thru time is horrible… waited 30 mins literally… also wasn’t offered any sauce for fries but when I asked for ranch for my fries was told that it would be .25 for ranch. The sign states if additional which means if I alreadh have a sauce which I did not.. professionalism lacks at location.

Went by and waited in drive through line people in front pulled off, store close no one in sight inside. No sign, no nothing! They have great food, but after this, done. NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN! Was there at 7pm
