Dunkin'

Should not be this slow for Drive thru. The sweet Lady in the window is super nice and friendly but the drive through line is slow. Me and my coworkers wanted some coffee and so i came up here to get is some. I was gonna go to dollar tree after but sitting in this line took up half of my lunch break. Two stars for the lady thats super friendly in the window

5 stars to this location for LaConna. She is a lovely human and knows how to execute some amazing customer service skills! I am unaware of the management and how it is structured for this company, but if they have "Team Leads" or "Associate Trainers" I would absolutely have her coaching my team. Combing through just a few comments it's clear she is having an impact on the stores perception, and that should be noticed and acknowledged by management. Also make sure to support people like her, don't stretch your good employees too thin and risk losing them. Don't shadow the people on your team that shine. Celebrate them.

We stopped by here after an early dentist appointment to grab breakfast before heading to school. The drive thru was the only option and my daughter did a mobile order. It took over 30 minutes to get through the line and then they just started making our order when we got to the window. The hash browns were barely warm and my sausage egg and cheese croissant tasted almost stale and was barely warm. I ate about 1/4 of it and had to stop for fear of getting sick. We will NEVER visit this location again! Wish I could give zero stars!

One star is strictly for the cashier. She's lovely and the one bright spot. We stopped coming to this location ,months ago, bc the drinks were never properly made. Not special drinks..just standard ones. I can handle a drink if it's maybe too sweet or not sweet enough but the drinks are just BAD. They need more training. Several times the espresso machine was broken and there's no way to get out of line when that happens. The wait is always SO slow. You're never sure when they are open bc they obviously go my their own made up schedule. Doughnuts get just thrown into the bag...icing all over. I usually will drive out further to another location that is fantastic but I figured I'd give it one more shot. Mistake,of course. My med iced caramel latte with oat milk cost nearly $6 and was just burned tasting coffee with too many pumps of caramel in it. They charge $1.00 Xtra for oat milk and there's no way they added any. Worst drink I've ever had.
