Arby's

This is the first Arby's I have been to in about 3 years. I didn't go for myself. I've never had a great track record with Arby's fast food restaurants. This one, though, was the best one I have ever been to. They were fast, friendly, and clean. The manager, I believe his name is brandon, and the girl Fi, at the window, we're absolutely pleasant, too. I almost wish I got something for myself, to eat, while I was there.

Got 2 1/2 pound roast beef sandwiches and a French dip. Beef was so tough on all sandwiches you could not chew it. Called store and manager said there was nothing she could do about it. I told her I was not going to ever give any business to that location..her response was “that’s fine”. Poor quality food and poor customer service.

Went here yesterday to get some fish sandwiches for dinner for my family. The food was great, the service was ok. The forgot 1 order of fries which loses them 2 stats. On top of that, I don't know what's going on but most Arby's in the area seem to be having issues with their milkshake machines. My kids love the jamocha shakes, and I wanted to get some. But their shake machine was down at 5pm. Interestingly enough, that happened at their N. Main location a few weeks ago, and same with Bridford pkwy. So all 3 locations near me are having shake machine issues. SUUUURE! Sorry, I've worked in fast food before. I can smell a "sorry, too lazy to do that" excuse.

This is Arby's 'New?' (New to me.) Southwest Chicken Avocado Wrap and it was delicious! The Staff at the Eastchester Dr. location in High Point did a great job of assembling it too! I came through drive thru a little after 8 pm, 12/17/21. I saw someone was inside and the screen was lit at the speaker. I sat and waited for someone to answer. I had time to look up the hours this location is supposed to be open, midnight on this occasion. There were 4 cars parked when I drove up. One left soon after. No one ever answered, no sign posted to a change in hours, and the person I saw inside hid when I pulled up to the window.

Traveling and pulled in around 8pm. The map said it was open but clearly not. All the lights for the drive through area were off. We pulled around to the drive through window to leave and there was a car at the window. We pulled up and saw someone lock the window and then the car circled back around the building to let us through. Very strange.
