Generations Cafe

Hands down the best restaurant in Higginsville. Ranch is perfect, chicken tenders are fantastic, prices are fair, proportions are solid, and the employees are great. If you're stopping by Higginsville, make sure to stop by Generations. But if you're coming after church on Sunday, get here early cause it will pile up.

The restaurant was very nice and the people were friendly. Allowed us a family of 6 to sit at a big round table in the center of the room. Service was wonderful and the food was fantastic. If you get the chance order the tenderloin it's huge. I had to take half of it home. We will eat there again everytime I go through

This is a family owned local restaurant. We have been in here numerous times for breakfast. Never for lunch or their Sunday dinner. They are not open in the evenings. We have been coming here for about a year once a week or once every other week. The service is always great. They have two servers. Both are good. Especially Brandi. She is part of the family and knows everyone. Now. About the food. About three months ago it started going downhill. A lot of times barely warm, orders wrong, overcooked and so on. We know Brandi so we have hesitated to complain. I don't know if they have a different cook or what. The resturant is always nicely decorated making it warm and comfy feeling. These pictures were taken today towards the end of January and they still have their Christmas decor up, but I personally don't have a problem with others doing that.
