I had three separate orders and the young woman that took my order was so amazingly understanding about it! Wish I could of got her name to brag on her even more, she was a young red headed girl, and so sweet! When I got to the window she was so nice and cheerful. A nice change from a lot of the places around here! We’ll be back.

This location usually is pretty good. However after today, I will not be back. Ordered the 8 pc chicken strips but they only put 6 in the box. Plus, these strips tasted weeks old like they were under the warmer for days! Tried to call to complain to a manager but could not get through. I tried for hours, it would ring a few times, then click, they hung up. No one ever did answer the phone!

After a 30 minute wait in drive through, we finally got home with order, Chicken was cold, Biscuits hard and the gravy looked and tasted like greasy water, we tried to call the store but nobody would answer. Never again at this location. Worst in the world, Employees observed in the parking lot smoking as well while we waited 30 minutes in drive thru!!

As I go through and see poor reviews I understand why our visit was the way it was. This was our go to restaurant but not any longer. There was a line , that I dont have a problem with. I understand in today's world we are short handed. I work and have worked in retail for many years so I understand short handed. However to use that as your excuse for poor and unprofessional behavior is appalling. Being short handed doesn't cause your actions to be poor and that's exactly what it was. Being in customer service you are under pressure at many times for different reasons. But to be bluntly rude and unprofessional is uncalled for at any cost. It was the female manager and a female drive thru clerk. No name tags were present (of course) which as anyone knows that is part of dress code for any establishment. They were rude, unprofessional and full of excuses. I hope they can train and raise their standards for better professional associates for their business .if their future customers if there are any who will deal with their type of behavior.

As a pretty regular customer, I like the fact that you hire our local Highschool teenagers. HOWEVER, they need to be more mindful of not goofing off while taking orders through the drive thru and making sure the orders are correct...when I pulled around to pay, it reminded me of a HS Cafeteria, not a place of business. Oh, and the kid at the window, needs a belt so his pants will stay up!
