Orders are usually ready for pickup upon arrival- i have never picked up an order that was missing anything. That in itself is worth stars to a dasher! Employees are friendly & helpful. Have done a catering gig with a TON of food prior to Thanksgiving & one of their staff helped me load the food into my car. So appreciated that!!! Highly recommend!

A wonderful experience. Food was delicious, hot and cooked exactly to order. Staff was friendly and efficient, all with hair pulled back and smiles that reached their eyes. Store was clean and appeared to be well tended. Ladies restroom was clean and well stocked. What's not to like??

The food was quick, hot, and delicious. Restaurant was clean and welcoming. Payton was our server and she is the sweetest. She had the patience of a saint and put up with us so well. 100% recommend.

Food was great as always. But the service was not as great as usual. We ordered strawberry lemonade and after drinking them the waitress then informs us that their are no refills. We haven't at that point received our meals. After getting our meals we had to ask for water. Then at checkout we asked about the refill of the strawberry lemonade. He informs us that we should have gotten refills. Supposedly their was no one with management available to speak to?

Ordered berry breakfast online. Guess what no berries. Waited inside for ten minutes while they literally asked everyone but me if they could help them. My turn eventually, get order Never said one word about no berries. Literally only reason I ordered this particular breakfast. No syrup either. Called and they said they’ll give me free berries next time🤣🤣🤣.

We (party of five) were one of three parties in the restaurant at 6:30 on a Sunday evening. We got our drinks and requested cream for the coffee. After a long while, we had to go up to the counter and get the cream along with another coffee as it was not longer hot. We had to wait 40 minutes to get our food. The baked potato soup was cold and congealed. One order was incorrect. The wait staff did not check on us, but we could hear the staff at the counter socializing. When we told the supervisor on duty about it, he said "I hope your next visit will be better." I don't think there will be a next visit.

My fiancée and I walked in there about a week ago. There were at least 15 tables open and around 6 waitresses some of who were standing around talking. When we asked the greeter how long it would be they said 20 minutes. For what? You had plenty of waitresses and you weren’t really busy and there were numerous tables open. So we went to Cracker Barrel and was seated immediately and they were actually busy.
