Mcdonald's

First I went and nobody was answering at the speaker, waited over 10 minutes till I decided to go to the window, nobody was there, went to park and saw the workers all sitting at a table eating pizza, went to tell them I had placed a order on the app and they went to make it, they made another other because they confused it with mine, they finally gave me my order and then I went home and saw one of the chicken nuggets bitten. Discusting experience McDonald’s on 54 street is wayyyy better.

Don’t order from here through Uber eats or any other kind of delivery service. They will ALWAYS screw up your order. I ordered a McChicken and got NO CHICKEN. They always mess up my order. Ive been coming to this Mcdonalds since the 90’s and their customer service and staff has deteriorated drastically. As a long time loyal customer, i am baffled.

THIS MCDONALDS IS NOT 24HOURS. CLOSED FROM 2 TO 6 AM. Just to put it out there. Would give it 0 if i could. This McDonald’s is closest to my home and they state there 24hours open right but yet they close at 2am and the employee told me they don’t reopen till 6am I work in the day so the night is my day and this SUCKS. Has been like this for the last two years and I wish they would change.also don’t understand how there I. There able to answer the mic but are closed….. there being paid to be closed ???

If you’re hungry past midnight, don’t bother coming to this Mcdonald’s. The employees do not answer at the drive thru and literally hide in the back with the windows closed, I can see them all the time lmfao. Instead go to the Wendy’s nearby their customer service is always on point no matter the time it’s honestly comparable to Chick-Fil-A’s. :) and they won’t get your order wrong… trust me.

I’m not the type that post bad reviews, but unfortunately I have to do this, This place at night is been so far the worse I have ever visited, the employees besides the fact that are very rude when answering on the drive thru, they’re not paying attention and on the phone, leaving people there waiting and waiting for no reason, they don’t have a clue about what customer service is or let’s just say they don’t care, about customers or their jobs I personally won’t be going to this location anymore
