Hadn't been here in a long time, decided to have some fast food Peruvian for lunch. To my surprise this place is no longer technically Peruvian. It's more Cuban food; the menu has changed. I ordered a #4 Chicken Stir Fry (with 2 sides) $10.69 w/tax only to find out its really a Pollo Saltado with rice and french fries as the "sides". They gave me a bigger a portion and while the food wasn't terrible tasting, it didn't taste like a pollo saltado. I was very disappointed. The sauce counter was smaller, they didn't have the onion mild salsa out (it was empty) and I don't know what this redder salsa was I think spicy onion. The chicken was fried separately it seems (crunchy); I've got a to go plate with way too much oil on the bottom. It just wasn't what this place USED to be. It's a Cuban food joint now.

I’ve been here a couple of times: I LOVE the food (love all the options too) and the prices are super affordable. However, most of the staff has always been very unpleasant. The guy who took my order this past visit .. never greeted me or thanked me rather he looked mad or annoyed at the fact that I was ordering. I didn’t feel welcomed at all. This is not the first time I feel this way while dining in. I do always tip so not sure why I get this treatment. I get it, the food industry is tough but you can at least pretend to be nice to your customers.

Good place, clean, client and friendly staff. Food is good and inexpensive. Had to remove one star, they got my last order to go, wrong! Had to go back to fix it. UPDATE: I stop going to this place because on several visits the food was not properly cooked, chicken was raw, in the seafood rice some items were chewy, some items were cold. The tostones were often soaked in oil. Never going back!

I just left this sorry excuse for a “restaurant “ and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere! The beans have no flavor whatsoever I mean none. The rice is some type of garlic flavor and the fried chicken breast is more like burnt chicken breast. The service is so slow you almost forget you ordered food. The silverware that they offer in a tin holder by the soda fountain which by the way doesn’t offer lids isn’t even restocked we had to use the plastic forks. The tables from previous customers are left to be cleaned for the longest time and it wouldn’t kill them to have a garbage can which could have come in handy when I was picking up the soda that spilled all over me from the lack of lid availability and had a pile of napkins next to me while I was eating. Customers that came after us were waiting forever aswell even though we were the only ones in the establishment at the time. This place is somewhere I wouldn’t want anyone to eat. Me and my family for sure will never be returning. Be advised that going here is a waste of time and money.

If you want good food, this place is a hit and miss. Don’t order with them and uber eats. Wasn’t worth the order. You need to try this might be better in person. Chicken was dry and I don’t how I got 2 order of fried rice.The fried rice was the most blandest fried rice. Yes I do understand that I leave a negative response. I raise the stars because I got a response from you. So I will say this, uber eats messes up the rating response for the restaurant. Try them in person and see if it’s a better in person then a order online. Be the judge yourself.
