I hate to say this but the young lady gave my food to someone else by accident so I waited about thirty twenty minutes. Then the lemonade was extremely watered down. I hate giving bad reviews 😔 they the staff looked young and new except for the manager and the line. But the sandwich was delicious! I would go back

Here on vacation. Interior was clean. Employees were not very welcoming. Food was ready fairly quick. Not satisfied with my chicken sandwich. Lettuce was wilted. Asked for ketchup and the cashier acted as if I was a burden she gave me and my cousin 3 packs for the 2 of us. We asked for more and another employee gave us 5 more. Everyone has a bad day but when working customer service even a fake smile is better than a mean mug.
Also Napkins placed in to go orders would be nice!

I suppose now they are under new management. Which is great i stopped coming here because i ordered a 4 for 4 with baconator fries and my order was wrong and my sandwich was old it had pink and gray as i bite down into my sandwich. Today was the first time in 2 years that i come back to this very same restaurant. The food was better the staff was faster and my food was correct and cooked.

I traveled to Miami from New York. I took an Uber to Winn Dixie to get a few essentials for my air bnb, and decided to walk to Wendy’s with my friend because we were hungry. As we walked up to the door at 6:45 pm, we discovered it was locked, even though the dining room isn’t supposed to be closed until 10. I then called the number listed and spoke to an employee. She was very rude and told me that she would not open the doors to serve me and they are only serving people in cars….I will not return to this Wendy’s.

Top 5 in worst Wendy’s locations. Everybody that works there hates their life. The app is useless. They have no customer support. Get rid of the entire place.

They are so slow and make u wait in line for a long time didn't know greet me they was just looking crazy and they door was closed and lock another customer had to come open the door for me cause they didn't want to open it

My host name was Tekira #1093 was very rude and slow also said that she would spit on my just because I told her to speed it up because she was just talking and laughing she is the worst employee there everybody in Winn Dixie complains about her she needs to be gone or y’all will be losing customers because of her. I came back to get my order fix she laughed in my face and said nope she’s rude.
