Arby's

UPDATE, this was never taken care of. Received an Email and did what it said, that was a MONTH ago. Tonight (first time I've been there since my last review) My large fry was "maybe" a small fry. Staff was nicer though. As a company though, it's not the Arby's I remember growing up at all!! This is literally the third time this has happened so I decided to make a review. I don't get off duty until 9:15. So I try to figure out dinner to get for the family on break and just get it on my way home.. It's 7:46pm right now, I called to see if they still have the 5 for $10 deal. The phone rang for 6 minutes before I hung up.. This happened twice last month as well, so I went to Wendy's. If you guys don't want my $ for some reason that's fine. It's 7:52, just called again and was hung up on, I called right back and a fax machine picked up, 7:55 I called AGAIN and a young man that sounded Extremely irritated picked up. I asked him about the deal that's on the Arby's website and in a very arrogant way said no and that a classic roast beef was about $5... I'll go to Wendy's again, this is terrible..

Stopped in there for dinner this evening. Noticed the store has been closed for a few days when i would drive past. Anyway, just wanted to say thank you to the crew for showing up and being great this evening. Even had a really great conversation with one of the employees while on his break. Keep up the hard work crew and will be back thanks to them!

I myself have do not eat Arby's but my husband does every once in a while. The last few times we went the sandwiches were okay. The night crew of 2 were awesome. They were the only two people working the drive through was wrapped around the building yet they were keeping things moving. I asked their names which were Dustin and Tiffany. Even though they had to be overwhelmed they did awesome you should give them raises and a promotion. These are the type of employees that I look for. When asked why they were the only two they responded by saying noone else wanted to come in. Yet have been there when seven people working and half of them standing around playing on their phone while people wait. Arby's really needs to pay attention to their employees to see who is doing their job. Recently found out Dustin left and you can sure tell as night shift not the same.
