Zaxby's

Horrendous. This is a picture of a wings and things 3/26/21. Sad. Also supposed to be large. 1 out of the 3 fingers is intact. 1 doesn’t even qualify as a finger and the other looks half eaten. Slack fries. Only 1 fry is seasoned. My wife’s 4 finger plate only had 3. Whoever owns this franchise is asleep at the wheel. Brings down the Zaxby’s name brand. Would you eat here with Buon Cibo next door? Never again

The customer service here is usually great and this location seems to be way faster than the one in southaven. The only issue I have is that there has been a couple of times where they have forgotten to give me my salad dressing for my usual order of 2 salads. No big deal, ill just park and walk in and request my dressing. The past few times this has happened though, I get looked at as if I am trying to get one over on the crew. Honey, I have better things to do than try to get extra dressing by claiming I was given none. All i ask if for my 2 packets per salad. If I wanted extra I would pay for extra. Also, I wish this location would change their hours back and stay open past 8. Especially on Fridays and Saturdays and because of this, Ive had to make the trip and started going back to the southaven location that stays open until 10.
